In the summer our chalets and chalet hotels are open for summer mountain biking, activity holidays and family adventure breaks. We have job vacancies for work between May/June and September.

Seasonal: Resort Manager
French Alps. Resort based.
Resort Managers (RMs) play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our holidays remains consistent throughout. It is an unobtrusive role, coordinating resort operations and dealing with technical issues. RMs run a team of up to 20 staff, ensuring that they are trained and motivated to deliver a high level of customer service. They will also co-ordinate in-resort revenue. RMs are responsible for accounting procedures and quality control, (catering and cleanliness), of up to several chalets within their resort.
Successful applicants will possess excellent customer service skills, be very hard working, and be well presented. They will use their initiative to pre-empt issues, and remain calm in stressful situations, therefore management, and in particular organisational skills are a priority. Resort & industry experience is essential. Finally conversational French is advantageous, and a clean driving licence is essential as you will be involved with deliveries and the transport of guests.

Seasonal: Bike Mechanics
French Alps. Resort based
Our team of bike mechanics will look after a fleet of 40 + bikes, working from our workshops based in Les Gets at the Hotel Chamois. Prior experience as a mechanic and competence/knowledge as a rider is essential. Driving and other tasks will be necessary.
Successful applicants will possess excellent customer service skills, be very hard working and have prior experience of bike maintenance to a professional level.

Seasonal: Resort Representative
French Alps. Resort based
As one of our Resort Representative you have lots of energy with a happy, outgoing personality. You are an excellent communicator who is approachable and constantly striving to exceed customer’s expectations.
You will be the face of the company from meeting the guests at the airport, to providing information and organizing activities. You will happily liaise with local suppliers to ensure the smooth running of resort and the positive projection of the company image.
Your main concern will be ensuring the guests have a fantastic holiday by maximizing guest service and satisfaction.

Seasonal: Activity Reps
French Alps. Resort based
An Activity Reps role is to look after the needs of our guests with regard to their Activities and day time entertainment programme. They will co-ordinate resort-income and organise Entertainment and alpine activities for guests on a daily basis. It will involve liaisons with suppliers and driving. Reps will assist with organising any equipment hire or special needs that our guests may require.
Successful applicants will possess excellent customer service skills, be well presented, very energetic and fun loving as well as being naturally interested in outdoor pursuits! All training is provided.

Seasonal: Chalet Hotel Chef
French Alps. Resort based
Our Chalet Hotel Chefs are experienced and enthusiastic looking to work for a dynamic and energetic team in the wonderful setting of the French alps.
Working with a pre-set menu plan you would take over all responsibility of ensuring the preparation, cooking of breakfast, a three course evening meal, and afternoon tea, 6 days a week.
You will be able to confidently motivate and develop your Sous Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and service.
Successful applicants will have prior chef experience (as appropriate) and be able to manage a small team of people. All training is provided.
All our chalet chefs are carefully chosen for their cooking abilities and friendly, resourceful natures.

Seasonal: Sous Chef
French Alps. Resort based
This is an exciting role for a strong cook looking for a challenge and to develop their current skills set or a competent Sous Chef looking for a change!
Your main role would be to assist the Chef in his/her role of preparing, cooking and serving breakfast, a three course evening meal and afternoon tea, 6 days a week. You will also take responsibility for the continual clearing and cleaning of the kitchen to meet company and food and hygiene standards.
Qualifications are not vital but experience and enthusiasm essential!

Seasonal: Chalet Host
French Alps. Resort based
A Chalet host's role is to look after all aspects of the day to day running of a chalet. The role will be to cook and clean for that chalet on a daily basis, as well performing all operational duties. We also have larger chalets which require two hosts so couples and friends are welcome to apply.
The right candidate(s) will be competent and confident interacting with customers. They will be willing and able to provide impeccable service and have excellent cleaning and housekeeping standards. They will be able to cook to a good standard and have a professional and friendly approach to meal service and preparation.

Seasonal: Hotel Assistant
French Alps. Resort based
Hotel Assistants provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests in our chalet hotels based in Chamonix, Les Gets and Val d'isere. You will assist with breakfast, work at the bar and serve dinner to our guests, ensuring a fantastic level of customer service. On top of this you will carry out daily and weekly housekeeping duties.
All training is provided but an enthusiastic and articulate character is a must. You will be expected to entertain and give required information to guests, and communicate effectively with the rest of the team. In addition we are looking for hard-working, flexible characters who can help out in varying capacities around the hotel and who understand the importance of maintaining a fantastic level of hygiene.
