Seasonal Operations Support Executive

at Alpine Elements in Aigue Blanche (France)

Reporting to:
Office Manager

Summary of position:
Provide support to resort operations in any and all ways that may be required. Variety is guaranteed!

Duties and Responsibilities

Day to day tasks will include, but are not limited to;

  • Planning and execution of Transfers for both Alpine Elements and iGOSKi.
  • Administration of mobile phones and internet lines.
  • Continued and accurate stock control of all uniform.
  • Ordering, distributing and collecting of uniform
  • Stock control of all stationary products.
  • Ordering / purchasing of any new stationary products required.
  • Stock control
  • Ensuring complete and accurate compliance with all local regulations

The ad hoc tasks that will be dealt with will range from finding a plumber at short notice to liaising with suppliers of our various “raw materials” to arranging a fleet of coaches to transport all of our guests back to the UK in the event of airspace being closed!

Personal attributes:

  • Remain calm under pressure
  • Have a head for figures and spreadsheets
  • Speak French to a good standard
  • Be able to logically prioritise a variety of tasks and switch between them efficiently.

This position will be based out of our French office in Aguieblanche.

A successful winter season will of course lead to year round possibilities to work with the Alpine Elements programs and be part of a dynamic and committed team of tourism professionals.
