Chalet Hotel Sous Chef
at Alpine Elements in French and Austrian Alps
This is an exciting role for a strong cook looking for a challenge and to develop their current skills set or a competent Sous Chef looking for a change!
Your main role would be to assist the Chef in his/her role of preparing, cooking and serving breakfast, a three course evening meal and afternoon tea, 6 days a week.
You will also take responsibility for the continual clearing and cleaning of the kitchen to meet company and food and hygiene standards.
Qualifications are not vital but experience and enthusiasm essential!
