Chalet Hotel Manager
at Alpine Elements in French and Austrian Alps
The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in hospitality, preferably speak French and have worked in the holiday industry.
The successful applicants will be responsible for all aspects of running the chalet hotel including maintaining company standards, staff management and rotas, guest welfare, increasing profit from the bar and general upkeep of the chalet hotel.
Applicants will possess excellent customer service skills, be very hard working, and be well presented. They will use their initiative to pre-empt issues, and remain calm in stressful situations, therefore management, and in particular organisational skills are a priority.
Ski Season, resort & industry experience is essential. Finally conversational French is advantageous, and a clean driving licence is essential as you will be involved with deliveries and the transport of guests.
