You are an excellent communicator who is approachable and constantly striving to exceed customer’s expectations.
You will be the face of the company from meeting the guests at the airport, to providing information and organizing activities. You will happily liaise with local suppliers to ensure the smooth running of resort and the positive projection of the company image.
Your main concern will be ensuring the guests have a fantastic holiday by maximizing guest service and satisfaction.
