Seasonal Childcare Manager

at Alpine Elements in French Alps

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Childcare Manager to set up and run our new Childcare program across the Alps.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate, enthusiastic and out going childcare professional. You will be qualified to NVQ Level 3, or equivalent, with experience in a management or supervisory childcare role.

You will be leading the company on all childcare matters with your main responsibilities including, but not limited to;

- Resourcing and ordering equipment
- Recruitment
- Health and Safety policies, procedures and risk assessments
- The development and delivery of pre season training
- Ensuring all administration from resort level up is completed accurately and efficiently in an appropriate manner.
- Liaising with parents when necessary
- Plan, and ensure the successful delivery of, all activity programs
- Stock control

This is a seasonal position with the possibility of turning permanent. You will be based in the French Alps.

Requirements

- NVQ Level 3 qualified or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in a managerial or supervisory childcare role.

One of the best jobs while being in the french alps is to be a Virtual assistant this gives you the freedom and the felxibility to work around your skiing. Also as chalet staff and resort wages are inclusive of accommodation and sometime food you will need to pay for your own accommodation which can be very expensive
