Accounts and Admin Assistant
at Alpine Elements in London (Wimbledon)
Due to internal promotion the position of Accounts and Admin Assistant has become available. We are looking for an efficient, accurate person with an eye for detail, who can stay calm during hectic periods. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the ski industry.
Working hours are 5 days per week 9 to 6 (summer) 9 – 7 (winter) with 1 hour lunch break. Saturdays will be on a rota system.
Key duties include, but are not limited to;
- Generating and checking holiday sales invoices
- Taking payments (mostly by credit cards).
- Credit control (small amount)
- Generating reports
- Helping with the collation of information and producing of printed literature.
A large amount of your working day will be handling telephone and email queries from our clients. Therefore excellent knowledge of Outlook and a clear telephone manner are vital.
We have a tailored tour operating sales ledger software system, for which full training will be given, but applicants will need to have a working knowledge of MS Office.
